CLIENT SUCCESS STORY · FINANCIAL SERVICES · MUMBAI, 2026
A regional financial services provider required a modern lending origination platform to replace three legacy systems that constrained throughput and introduced compliance risk. Dharwin delivered a production-grade application with automated underwriting workflows, document management, and real-time pipeline visibility — deployed within a twelve-week engagement cycle.
Pricing available upon consultation.
Dharwin structures software engagements against defined scope, delivery timelines, and team composition. Commercial models are presented in writing following the scoping phase — no engagement proceeds without client approval of scope and fee structure.
Sprint engagements operate on a fixed-fee basis with scope locked at signing. Studio and Embedded engagements operate on monthly retainer structures aligned to capacity and delivery cadence.
Clients retain full ownership of all source code, intellectual property, and deliverables upon final payment. Dharwin assigns all rights at engagement completion. No licensing fees, no retained claims, no vendor lock-in.
Senior engineers with relevant product development experience are assigned based on technical requirements, domain familiarity, and availability. Named team members are identified in the written scope before engagement commencement.
Dharwin maintains bench depth across engineering disciplines. If a team member departs mid-engagement, a qualified replacement is introduced within one business week with structured knowledge transfer to maintain delivery continuity.
Yes. Dharwin executes mutual NDAs and data processing agreements as standard practice before any confidential information is exchanged. Client legal templates are accommodated where required.
Direct hire conversion is available for Embedded engagements after a minimum six-month period, subject to a one-time conversion fee defined in the engagement agreement. Sprint and Studio engagements do not include direct hire provisions.
Engineering teams operate across US and India time zones. Client engagements include weekly syncs in the client's preferred time zone, with daily standups and biweekly sprint demos scheduled for overlap hours.
Out-of-scope categories include infrastructure procurement, third-party license fees, ongoing maintenance beyond the included support window, and functional requirements not documented in the signed scope. These are identified during scoping.
Mid-engagement scope adjustments are documented as written change requests with impact assessment on timeline and fee. No scope changes are implemented without client written approval.
